The browser-local checklist

Your inputs stay on the page.

This page explains the behavior of the BidSignal IT manual checklist from Ascendant Systems LLC. Read it alongside our privacy notice and terms.

What the checklist does with your entries

Company capabilities, opportunity details, notes and decisions are processed in your browser. The checklist does not upload or transmit those inputs, fetch the notice you link, send them to an AI service, or create an account. It does not use cookies or browser storage to save your review automatically.

Leaving or reloading the page can lose your work. Your browser may retain form values through its own page-restoration features. “Clear all inputs” resets the checklist on the current page.

Downloads and printing

JSON and CSV exports are generated locally and contain the inputs and findings in your review. Printing sends the brief to your browser’s print interface and the destination you choose. Downloaded files, saved PDFs and printouts remain wherever you store them; clearing the checklist does not delete those copies.

Visiting the website

Your browser makes ordinary network requests to load this site and its assets. The hosting infrastructure receives connection and request metadata, such as your IP address, requested page, time of request and browser information. That is separate from the checklist entries, which are not submitted. This checklist includes no advertising scripts or third-party fonts.

Links and email

Opening your SAM.gov notice takes you to that external site, whose own privacy practices apply. “Discuss profile calibration” opens your email application with a subject line. No checklist inputs are attached or added to the message. If you choose to send an email, its contents are shared through your email provider and received by Ascendant Systems LLC.

Keep sensitive information out of your review

Do not enter credentials, classified or controlled information, sensitive personal information, or material you are not authorized to use. Use brief references to public notice sections where possible.

Contact

Limited activity counts

We count page views, completed tool checks, prepared report exports and clicks on designated inquiry links. Each event contains only an event type, fixed asset and page identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no inputs, results, file names, file contents, source links or referrer. These counters use no cookies or browser storage and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Synthetic examples are excluded from action counts. A prepared export is not a confirmed download; an inquiry click is not a sent message or a lead.
